  1. AGENDA: For Meeting Friday 8th January at 11am

    1. Introductions and opening comments
    2. Access to regional office for ring round
    3. Circulation frequency of e mail communications
    4. Process for hard copy distribution
    5. Access to regional office e mails and ring rounds
    6. Helping out on picket lines and other activities ie DD campaigns
    7. Notification by Regional Office to ARMs of all trade union and labour movement activities
    8. Circulation of our material to branches.
    9. Access to database. What data is held is there a Merseyside Spreadsheet for example.

We are in the process of setting up a learning event for the region but issues are still being raised from the centre over funding and we still await dates for an event.

The NW region is looking at setting up a group in Manchester.

We would like organiser status for access to membership details.

We have concerns that members on DD when they retire could fail to cancel their full membership and still have a vote in a ballot and invalidate that ballot.

Request for applications for lay tutor reps Closing date 27/11/15. Can we discuss please and have you an electronic copy of this BB.

Access to membership data to identify membership increases and identify where. It would be useful if perhaps Phil and I came into the office to go through this data as a special exercise.

ARMs nationally have purchased some bulk diaries. We will soon be receiving an allocation. Useful to talk through how we sell if there are any left over, proceeds to Hardship Fund.

    Date of next meeting
